Executive Sponsor
The Executive Sponsors are the champions of the project’s delivery and have the final sign-off for completion of project milestones, including final project acceptance and transition to support. The Executive Sponsors hold the ultimate accountability for a successful hc1 activation.
The Executive Sponsors will ensure project success through the assignment of project resources, maintaining accountability for all project team members, and helping the project team navigate challenges when the Service Delivery Manager, Senior Director, Service Delivery and/or Executive Director, Client Services are unable to do so. The Executive Sponsor is most frequently the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery.
