Project Owner

A project owner will be the primary liaison between your team and the Quest and hc1 teams. This person should help define the project’s vision, set priorities, and monitor project backlogs. This position manages and oversees all aspects of a project to ensure it is completed on-time and within budget. This individual has overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverable. A project owner also serves as the key point of contact during activation and communicates with executives, SMEs and other stakeholders.  This also includes ownership of meeting project objectives and signing-off upon a successful go live.
