System Administrators

The System Administrator(s) will manage system configuration and user support before and after go-live.  These individuals also understand business needs and how the solution can be configured to meet those needs. They configure software and resolve technical problems and monitor and maintain software licensing and maintenance agreements. 

Often this is an existing business user who takes on this role in addition to their primary role.
