As we prepare to launch your organization’s hc1 integration, it’s important to build a strategic roadmap for the weeks and months ahead. This roadmap should include timelines to ensure the expansion and enhancement of hc1 capabilities happen in a steady and timely manner. Assign Account Director

Every hc1 client will have the opportunity to work with a Technical Account Director. Your Account Director will help optimize the services you already have in place while assisting in the construction and execution of your strategic roadmap. Consider your Account Director your client advocate. If you think of a new feature or way that hc1 could better help you achieve your goals, they are the person to contact.

Throughout the activation process, hc1’s team of experts will be available to ensure things go smoothly. We do our best to train your team to drive success beyond activation, but for clients requiring additional support, additional resources are available. hc1 Service Select™ brings your organization into our agile initiatives to empower your team and your environment with continuous improvement.
